We additionally offer an integrated maintenance service with
the cleaning. The cleaner is the one who
touches and inspects every surface in your unit. If something is not right, we are the ones who
will see it. When we are in your unit to
clean if there is anything needing immediate attention, we can fix it right
then without having to make a service call. If the issue is more serious, we can act as
your liaison to resolve it with our trusted outside resources, and follow up on
contracted work with our own inspection. As long time rental owners, we
are very familiar with your expectations, as well as your interest in protecting
your bottom line by increasing efficiency and keeping costs low. Our experience gives us a very different

In addition, we also perform post-stay inspections, which
ensure that any damages are caught immediately after the renters departure. In this event, your renters are protected with
a security deposit protection plan that will cover up to $1,500 in accidental
damages during their stay at no charge to you. We didn't offer our rental

We do pre-arrival refreshing. We will adjust the draperies and thermostats
and "fluff and tidy" your unit so that the renter feels welcomed upon
arrival. Pre-arrival grocery shopping
